Free cancellation and refund terms at all Vatoran branches.

Free cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in (3:00 PM local branch time).
When cancelled on time, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late cancellation
Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival: one night or late cancellation fees apply depending on rate type.
No-show: the first night is charged in full.
Non-refundable bookings
Some seasonal or discounted rates may be non-refundable — this is shown at booking.
Dates cannot be changed on non-refundable bookings; they may be cancelled without refund.
Modifying a booking
Date or room changes are free up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.
