By using the Vatoran website or completing a booking, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
Bookings and pricing
Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change until booking is confirmed; the confirmed price applies.
The primary guest must be 18 or older at check-in.
Guest responsibilities
Provide accurate information when booking.
Follow hotel rules and behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
You are responsible for damage caused by you or your companions.
Limitation of liability
Vatoran is not liable for delays beyond our control (technical failures, force majeure).
Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid unless law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Disputes are referred to the competent courts in the Kingdom.
